The steps

From feedstock to sustainable offtakes

The SENS process separates low-quality feedstock into clean, high-value outputs, with no waste streams left behind.

  1. Feedstock

    Waste tires staged as feedstock.

    Waste and low-value feedstocks: tires, municipal solid waste, coal, and biomass. On their own they are inefficient, polluting sources of energy.

  2. Zero Waste Outputs

    Municipal solid waste diverted from landfill.

    The continuous process separates every feedstock into clean carbon, hydrocarbons, water, and minerals. 100% becomes product, with no waste streams left behind.

  3. Sustainable Offtakes

    Recovered products moving to market.

    The recovered products become sustainable offtakes across many markets: carbon for industry, fuels and solvents, and clean power, each displacing a higher-emission incumbent.
